Ive got a 63 super minx (1600cc) and have just got a 1725 and overdrive from an arrows sceptre....how much hassle to fit?Any body done this? Any help much appreiciated thanks

It's a bit fiddly because the Arrow series engine mounts differently and is tilted over. On your 1600 engine there's a plate on the front that the engine mounts bolt to. You'll have to take that off and fit it to the 1725. This will allow you to put the 1725 in and correct it to the upright position. If you want to retain the carburettor/s from the Arrow engine you've now got a problem because they'll be angled up into the air. You'll have to modify the inlet manfold.
I've an idea the gearbox/overdrive is a bit more tricky to fit, but I've never done this so I'll leave that for someone else to answer.
