Hi all, I'm new to the forum here is my car.
She's a 62 Super Minx estate that I adopted recently when the previous owner lost his storage for it. It had been stored for about 10 years after a conversion to V6 power stalled. She came to me with a 2.8i engine, 5 speed box and a Capri axle fitted and most of the welding required already done. The conversion stalled over isues with clearence for the drop arm on the steering box to the oil filter. I've solved this by taking the V6 out and shall be replacing it with a 2.0 Zetec from a Mondeo. A lot of the old welding wants tidying up, the interior needs doing from scratch and it'll want a respray. Quite a lot of work but well worth doin I think.
