OK. So one of the driving forces behind this forum is to gather together useful info for the common good So lets have your suggestions and recommendations for parts suppliers and specialists for Rootes cars & commercials. Personally I can't praise highly enough Speedy Spares when it comes to getting bits & bobs. Rapid, friendly service, and a decent level of stock. What about you?

For imp stuff it would have to be the club spares, not that i'm biased but it makes the membership fee worthwhile as non members pay more.
moss manchester are good for stuff, but it pays to take part numbers with you as they are very BL biased and tend not to know what else their stuff fitted.
i can also vouch for speedys service too, although i preferred to use RJ grimes before they shut down/sold out to speedys

I agree Speedy Spares are great. Also for Imp stuff other then the fantastic club spares there is also Malcolm Anderson, Competion Classics, Corley Conversions and a few others.

Speedy spares are pretty good. They did send me the wrong dynamo a few months back and I had to drive down there to exchange it, but they gave me a 10% discount for my trouble.
Alpine West Midlands are good for Audax cars (Alpines, Rapiers etc). The sunbeam Spares Company in Durham is my usual supplier for Alpine parts - nice, knowledgable chap to speak to (who remebers my name as well!) and delivery is always quick. They also hold a good selection of 2nd hand parts.
